Sequencing Submission - All Projects

December 1, 2019:  NOTE ABOUT SEQUENCING - Sequencing services will be temporarily unavailable for Mycoflora Grant specimens while we test the sequencing service provided by Barcode of Life Data Systems (BOLD) in Guelph, Ontario. It may be the first or second quarter of 2020 before we are ready to accept Grant specimens for sequencing again.

If you have Grant specimens ready to sequence, or if you want to continue collecting as opportunities arise, the best strategy is to “Tag, Bag, and Hold” them. Collect and document as usual, following the protocols on the Mycoflora.org website. Keep your precious discoveries safe and when we confirm our new sequencing service we will notify project leaders. Tag, Bag and Hold is your best strategy!

This form is used for both Paid Orders and Grant Orders. Paid Orders will already have paid at Paid Sequencing Services.

Once you have put your tissue in labeled tubes, fill out this item to prepare your shipment to the sequencing facility.

Review the DNA Sequencing Submission Checklist before proceeding.

NOTE: When uploading your spreadsheet, filetype must be CSV and title must be alphanumeric with no spaces.

You will be notified shortly about where to send your samples.
